Today is Shrove Tuesday, the day that Christians use up their leftover eggs, milk and sugar before fasting through Lent.

But you don’t need to subscribe to any faith in order to enjoy pancakes. Why not make some for breakfast, lunch or tea today (or for all three!) and share a pic of the results with us.
