Seed bomb

Do you know about Seed Bombs? They’re a kid- and family-friendly activity designed to get native plant seeds into the ground. Read more about Seed Bombs here:  https://botanicalpaperworks.com/blog/seed-bombs-your-questions-answered/

But this is the Daily Create. So for today’s invitation, design a mechanism that will launch Seed Bombs into the world and maybe save some of this fragile planet from invasive species. What will your Seed Bomb Launcher look like?

This October, join the National Writing Project and the National Park Service for a STEAM-powered Write Out 2022. Organized as a public invitation to get out and create, supported by a series of free online activities, Write Out invites educators, students, and families to explore national parks and other public spaces. The goal is to connect and learn through place-based writing and sharing. Learn more and sign up: https://writeout.nwp.org
