True Story
With all the budget cuts in Washington State and the US, the Washington State Legislature took a unique approach to public transportation and the local universities. Rather than investing in expensive speedy rail cars, they decided that the seldom used kiddie trains at the fair grounds might provide the "get from point A to point B" needs of the community. Thus, they launched the "Choo Choo to Your Tomorrow" transportation program. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zojZWC3HRy0
