- One item should be something that must go on that deserted island with you
- I made fresh hummus today, it is surprisingly easy with my trusty Vitamix (oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds 2 cans of chick peas, garlic, cumin, salt)
- Carrots- what could be healthier?
- Coffee- for obvious reasons it must be on the island
