Take a picture of something you see everyday. Post this and add a short description that would explain the content of the image to a person who cannot see it. Add this description as an Alt-tag to your image on Twitter.
Alt-tag: Various sizes of ceramic coffee cups stacked inside a cupboard.
If you have not already added this option to your Twitter:
- Go to Settings and Privacy
- Choose Accessibility
- Click on Compose image descriptions, turn on
For your tweet:
- Add image
- Click on Add description
- Type in a short but useful description of image. Use proper capitalization and a period (better for screen reading software).
- Click done.
Your photo should now have a small ALT icon in the left, bottom corner of the image.
Post your response to @[email protected] and be sure to include the hashtag #tdc3282
