I made this with Giphy’s GIF Maker. Enter the URL of a YouTube of a video you want to use. Use the sliders to set the start point and duration of the GIF (remember longer = bigger file size), and optionally add a caption.
Nearly all of mine were made this way, so much easier than the way we did them in the old days of 2011. It’s the cats meow
