I haven't had any bad customer service experiences as the customer, but I have had a bad experience with a customer. I was working at Moe's and a customer asked for freshly cut chicken. She then yelled at me because she had to wait while I cut the chicken. #ds106 #tdc3064

Any interaction over the phone with either major cable company or cell phone company. Whoever invented automated call response trees for these corporations did a fine job of routing calls through a vast network of fake voices and endless choices.
Favorite poem: This is actually something I wrote two years ago. I personally feel it displays a great message and serves as a reminder to push through whatever life may throw at you. This is especially important during these troubling times. @eng304cripps @ds106dc #tdc3063 pic.twitter.com/FeSo0BqMYQ

#tdc3063 #ds106 I love E.E. Cummings poems because they are written differently from anything I usually read. His use of syntax and enjambent assist the theme of love and affection which makes this poem so strong. pic.twitter.com/ctE3h2G6io

@ds106dc @eng304cripps This is one of my favorite poems I found a while ago... it reminds me of how far I’ve come from the hauntings of my past and how far I know I can go. This poem, as it states, is for me, who I can be, who I’ve become, and who I want to be #tdc3063 #ds106 pic.twitter.com/h1e88istLI
