One thought about lines/queues in amusement parks: the new trend of paid systems for “fast pass”ing seems to make ever more visual how socio-economics play out with a crowd (who can pay for not waiting in line like the rest of us and who can’t) #tdc2686 #ds106 #dailycreate pic.twitter.com/pl8mW00x1X

In drawing class (color pencil) one drawing can take many, many lessons (weekly 2 hours). Sometimes the result satisfies me, sometimes not so much.
I took several ‘ready’ drawings back to class, after months, to work on it again under guidance of my (excellent) teacher. pic.twitter.com/Bytnp0Py01
@ds106dc #tdc2685 My response for Today's #ds106 Daily Create is "Like Kevin I started writing something (stories mostly) again and again. Then things got foggy and I did not know how to go on. I am sure I will try again (:

@ds106dc #tdc2685 #ds106 #dailycreate I fail regularly at songwriting. I can't even count how many times I have begun a song, only to have it go nowhere or fall apart on me. Or I forget the original idea and lose the thread. I have stacks of abandoned verses. I keep writing. pic.twitter.com/TzDayVm6sf

They seem organized and as if they are cool and calm doing their work. But inside those tiny ant heads, deep inside those tiny ant brains, they are pretty much completely out of control. Thus is the work of all of us, working smart and cool. #tdc2684 #ds106 #dailycreate pic.twitter.com/NM42yI4L4V

What are those busy ants doing? Teaching prepositions (not my fav Schoolhouse Rock, not by a long shot, but as soon as I saw the prompt, this song popped into my mind) https://t.co/Am8V4mopZg
