The N+7 concept replaces each noun in a text with the seventh one following it in a dictionary.

The N+7 Machine takes inputted text and “…  15 alternative texts will be generated, from N+1, which replaces each noun with the next one in the dictionary, to N+15, which takes the 15th noun following.”

Use N+7 with some text (maybe a poem? Or a saying? Or a DS106-ish call to creativity?) and then see what happens when you submit it. You should see variations of N+1 through N+15 in a line and things can get pretty weird the further down the N+ line you get.
